How to do a video game dance in real life, from one photo

Updated · Reviewed by The Rift team

Short answer

Record or save a clip of the dance, add it in Rift with a full-body photo of you, and tell Spark, Rift's video agent, 'me doing this dance in real life, in my living room'. Spark copies the moves onto you in a real-looking place. Keep game logos and characters out. Check the Draft and tap Make for a video up to 15 seconds.

Tips

Questions people ask

Can I use a clip from a game?

Use it as the source of the moves. What you post shows you, not the game's character or logo.

Can my squad do it together?

Yes. Add a photo of each friend and say "all four of us, in a line".

Where should it happen?

Real places are funniest: a supermarket aisle, a lecture hall, a wedding.

Can my pet do it?

Yes. Dogs doing victory dances are a whole genre.
