Email Rift AI support for account, billing, privacy, and generation issues. We read support atsupport@getrift.xyz.
Account deletion
Open Rift AI, go to Profile, then choose Delete Account and Data. Purchases remain managed by Apple.
Purchases
Use Restore Purchases in the app first. Apple manages subscription cancellation and refund requests.
Generation issues
Include the template name, approximate time, and what happened. Do not send sensitive media unless support asks for it.
Privacy requests
Email from the address you use for support and include enough detail for us to locate the account or media record.
