How to make a "we're hiring" video for a shop, café or small team

Updated · Reviewed by The Rift team

Short answer

Add a photo of your shop, café or team in Rift and tell Spark, Rift's video agent, the scene: the door opening, a friendly counter, a busy morning. Check the Draft, tap Make, and you get a video of up to 15 seconds. Put the role, hours and how to apply in your post, since text over video isn't in the app yet.

Job posts get skipped when they are all text. A glimpse of the place and the team tells people what working there is like.

Step by step

  1. Add your photo in Rift.

  3. Check the Draft and keep the place as it is.
  4. Tap Make after seeing the price on the button.
  5. Post it from your Library with the details in the post text.
