You’ll see a small line near the name on some Instagram posts. Here is what it means and how to deal with it.
What you need
- A finished Rift video saved from your Library.
- Instagram, up to date.
- A look at Meta’s help page on identifying AI content.
Step by step
- Make the video in Rift: tell Spark, check the Draft, tap Make.
- Save it from Library to your camera roll.
- Start a Reel in Instagram and choose it.
- Look in the post settings for an AI label option and use it when it applies.
- Post.
Lines to try with Spark
- “Me walking into a giant ice cream shop.”
- “My dog surfing a small wave.”
- “My handmade candles on a sunny windowsill.”
- “A quiet street at night in the rain.”
Tips
- Say it plainly. A short “made with AI” is clearer than a hint.
- Expect the label to appear anyway on some videos, so don’t be surprised.
- Recheck now and then. Meta has changed its wording before.
