How to make a save-the-date video from your engagement photos

Updated · Reviewed by The Rift team

Short answer

Pick your favourite engagement photo, add it in Rift, and tell Spark, Rift's video agent, the moment: a slow walk toward the camera, a spin under string lights, confetti at your venue. Spark keeps both of you looking like yourselves. Tap Make for a video up to 15 seconds, then add the date and names when you send or post it.

Add your favourite engagement photo and Spark gives it a few seconds of movement, such as a slow walk or a spin under string lights, to start your wedding story.

What you need

Step by step

  1. Add the photos in Rift.
  2. Say the moment in one line.
  3. Check the Draft and tap Make.

Tips

Questions people ask

Can Rift add our names and date?

Yes. A clear photo of each of you works. Say where you are and what you do.

Can it show our venue?

Add a photo of the venue and say "us walking through this garden".

Can we use a photo with both of us in it?

Yes. A clear photo of the two of you works, and Spark keeps both of you looking like yourselves.
