Turn the product photo you already have into a video for your Shopify page. Tell Spark the shot, check the Draft and Make, with no camera or studio.
What you need
- An iPhone with Rift.
- One clear photo per product: front on, whole product in frame, plain background if possible.
- A look for the store: all products on the same white set, or each in its own lifestyle scene.
Step by step
- Add the photo. Open Rift and add the product shot.
- Describe the shot. Say the set, the move and the light.
- Check the Draft. Spark shows the shots and what stays the same, such as your label and shape.
- Make. Tap Make. The price shows on the button first.
- Upload. Find the video in your Library and add it to the product page in your store.
For a whole catalogue, build the look once and reuse it. Save a video as a format and reuse it with a new photo shows how.
Lines to try with Spark
- “My water bottle on a clean white set, slow 360 turn, soft shadow.”
- “My canvas tote on a hook by a front door, door opens, morning light.”
- “My face serum bottle on wet stone with droplets, camera pushing in.”
- “My phone case lying on a desk, then lifted into frame by a hand.”
- “My dog collar on a mossy log in a park, gentle breeze.”
Tips for a clean result
- One look across the store. Same white set or same warm table makes a catalogue feel like one brand.
- Keep the label facing the camera. What is visible in the photo carries through.
- Plan the first frame. Shoppers see it before they press play, so make it a clear shot of the product.
- Do the hero products first. Start with your top sellers and see what holds attention.
What Rift does not do
Rift makes the video. It does not edit your store, post for you or add text over the video; those stay in your store and posting tools.
